Fall Roundup | Favorite Fall Posts
I wonder…has Fall been as slow to arrive in your neck of the woods as in mine? We’ve been ready forever. Is there anything better than crispy, crunchy, colorful Fall? Chili and soup and boots and sweaters and a fire in the fireplace….ahhhhh. Cozy. It’s one of my favorite words.
If you’re hoping for a tiny taste of Fall–like I am–here are some of my favorite Fall posts. Photos, fires, walks, and all the cozy things.
Enjoy my Fall Roundup, friends!
Lessons Learned from Autumn
An Autumn walk started me on an introspective journey about Autumn, slow living, and growing older. Fall just seems like a season for pondering, doesn’t it?
Fall Leaf Tour on the Talimena Parkway
Joe and I enjoyed a meandering Fall drive through the gorgeous mountains not too far from home. We are eagerly anticipating making another trip this year. I’m angling for an overnight stay at a mountain cabin.
How to Welcome Fall with an Easy Fire Fest
What do you think? Is it time to invite some friends and family over and build a fire? S’mores can never be refused. Right? Of course.
Come, Ye Thankful People, Come
Fall, harvest time, Thanksgiving. It seems so easy and natural to count our blessings in the Fall, doesn’t it?

Fall Roundup | Favorite Books & Movies for Autumn

What are your favorite books to read and movies to watch in Autumn? Persuasion is a must for me; it is an extremely Autumnal story. I chose Northanger Abbey because it has a dark, gothic feel (although it’s the funniest of Jane Austen’s stories!). And of course, we must read our dear Anne of Green Gables, ever thankful for a world with October in it.

Oh, fall has been slow to arrive, hasn’t it?! I loved your fall-esque pictures, and your round-up will definitely come in handy. I’ll be saving this for later. Now that fall has arrived, it’s time to make some homemade chicken soup. 😉
Oh, yes! Time for ALL THE SOUP!
So…I’m your neighbor at the Let’s Have Coffee linkup, too! What are the odds, huh?
